Moka Drink
The moka drink is my personal caffeine drug. I love it, and I drink it since I was 8.
That is a wonderfull drink that can be bought only in Cosenza (Calabria, Italy) and is made only with coffee, carbonated water and sugar (mmh… it’s like a coffee-soda).
It has a very long story and is very appreciated in Cosenza but, I don’t know why, it isn’t reselled anywhere outside there.
Maybe I’ll suggest to the guys on ThinkGeek to add that on the caffeine category of their shop.

It’s not true. It’s sold in Lamezia Terme, too
But it’s not called “Moka Drink”: we have two versione, “Brasilena” (no idea for the reason of this name) and “Bibicaffè”.
Really really appreciated, quite a “local-national drink”, but also when exported (Rome, for example).

(lo reinvio… non mi scrive neppure che il commento è in moderazione…)
I know the brasilera version, but It is too sweet, I prefer the original moka drink.
Never drinked Moka Drink. But I know the commercial, on Ten
Brasilera too sweet? That’s what I’m searching for
I live in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, and the Italian market down the street has this stuff in the cooler. It’s REALLY good…way better than the new Coke Blak.
Weird. I found this stuff at a local import store in the United States. And the funny thing is my last name is Cosentino and my family is from Cosenza. It must be genetics that I really like this stuff. Thanks for the info!
I love this drink and i am willing to take it further.
